I have no manual for my ViVitar telescope model F30070M where can I obtain one?

You will not finsd a manual for these small telescopes. However Meade maintains a web site for ALL OF THEIR SCOPES.

Look under REFRACTOR or REFLECTOR for one that is similar to your scope. They all assemble the same way.
