You can obtain instructions from their web site by typing in "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp".
A page of instructions should appear. They are generic instructions and you will have to scroll down the page (using the small arrows) to find the diagram that looks like your watch and download your instructions.
I had a similar problem with mine and I left it for a while and it sorted itself out. It is possible to manually set the time and date by following the instruction manual.
If you no longer have your manual, you can download it by going to the casio website "casio.com", select "support", then "manuals", then "watches"; agree terms and conditions and select "watch manual archive" and put in the information off your watch to obtain the manual.
