Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00" next press the left hand intercom twice the display should say system programming enter in "#103" the display should say system time and the current programmed time enter the new time in 24 hour format press feature "00" to logout

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook: 1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). 2. Now press 000 and then ENTER. 3. Enter the last 2 digits of the year and then select the month with either SEL+ or AUTO ANS / MUTE. 4. Scroll right with the right arrow key and change the date. 5. Press the NEXT button on the screen and the time will appear. 6. Set the time. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes. 7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

A possible solution to this issue could be changing the automatic update of time and date.
If it's currently switched on on your phone, try switching it off. And if it's already off try switching it off.
Here's where to find the setting:
Menu >> Applications >> Clock >> Options >> Settings >> Automatic time update

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.
