Scratches on my plasma tv

I would try a white pencil eraser on it first, Ive been told this is quite effective...

Sorry! there are no chemical solution yet,that could remove scratches from the LCD or Plama tvs screen.You have to live with the scratches.

Your plasma cover screen should be glass, not plastic. I have no knowledge of Panasonic or any other manufacture that made a plasma TV with plastic....all plasma TV's have a glass cover. Clean the surface with a rubbing alcohol solution and a cotton ball.

Model number of your Sony Bravia would really help to find out proper solution of screen scratches.
You can replace front screen in few models so let me know exact model number written at back of TV.

Honestly brother, there is not anything you can do about this. You have one of two options, #1 buy a new tv, or #2 deal with the scratches. If you call sharp, they will send you right out the door because their warranties do not cover physical damages in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Avoid yourself the embararssment and take one of those options. Take it from a person who knows. good luck 2 u

The screen will have to be replaced to service properly. Look up for the authorized service rep for service of your TV set.

I have a 2 black lines. One goes horizontal and one runs vertical. Is this something I can fix?

If by scratches, you mean dark pencil thin lines running across the screen horizontally, then you could have a bad display. If it's under 3 years old it "could" still be in warranty. Otherwise, a new set is probably in order for you.
