Htc incredible 2 is stuck on the htc screen

Both steps 1 and 2 will WIPE your phone - be sure to back up anything you don't want to lose. The SD card will not be touched though, so your photos and everything else stored on it should be OK. Superuser if it shows as an app it the app list your phone is rooted and that app will allow you to administrate apps that have superuser rights, root in android means like jailbreak in iphone... how to use it? Well that depends if an app requires superuser rights then the superuser app will allow you to manage those app that have Superuser rights.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

If your phone is stock or unrooted. You will not be able to remove the stock sprint apps such as Nascar, Football etc. To remove these programs you will have to get superuser access also known as root.

Make sure you root your phone and you can go to unrevoked.com and download the software to do so. After wards download a wifi app from the market place. Let me know how it goes...thanks hope this helps
