The fan oven has started to make a loud noise in use, although sometimes on opening the oven door it becomes much quieter, only to resume when the door is closed again.

There is a cooling fan for upper and lower oven they run at the same time no matter which oven in use it is fed from the oven manager no way to trouble shoot without pulling oven out some models use same fan for both so you could have a blower on hand remove back panels to access fans take a lead off fan to determine which one noisey
Call out the warranty supplier. Where is the noise coming from? If no warranty, check the electrics to the compressor and fan. sometimes the noise is the fan. Also switch off overnight and leave doors open. When restarting, if the noise has gone it will have been the internal fan hitting on ice buildup.
The exhaust fan may be loose, {check mounts} also, the turnable motor that rotates the plate often gets noisey before seizing, {remove plate to see if noise goes away} and finally the magnetron gets very loud near end of life.
ISOLATE THE MAINS POWER BEFORE OPENING THE REAR OF THE OVEN.
Remove the oven, open the back, remove the fan, and clean with WD40, afer the fan is dry, fit the fan back into the housing, replace back and put into cabinet, switch on low, if the fan makes a whirring noise, or unusual squeeking replace the fan, if however the fan sounds normal and good pressure when door is open, it should be okay. Siunds more like a visous clutch fan. It's bolted tho the water pump hub and belt driven. Electric fans are attached or mounted against the radiator and are driven by an ekectric motor that is relay controlled. Electric is quieter, yet can be heard when they kick in. Only because it is at an idle or low speed.VC fans can be very noisey depending onwhar srage of engagement it's in. Both fans are negated by the ram air effect at speeds above 35 mph. If your fan is noisey throughout the acceleration and shift range and variable levels of noise are exoerienced in down sgifting, You have a viscous clutch fan.
You are seriously frozen up. Defrost the unit completely. Then, be aware that 'window shopping', leaving uncovered liquids in the box and poor door sealing (too heavy a load on the door ... too much on shelves) can cause condensation. Defrost with hot air or leave unplugged and open for about 2 days. You'll see alot of water come out.
The fan noise is normal on this set. The lamps are cooled via this method. Your users manual explains this issue..and it is the fan as you can see it slows down after the tv is switched off..
