Resave the file to your computer, and reformat using NTFS. retransfer to the stick, and it should work after that.

Hello Brian, thanks for your answer, but my friends just hv informed me that the stick has to be fat32 and the movie must be an .AVI format and not larger than 3,3 giga>So all clear now (the player does not support NTFS) thanks and cheers

ohhh.. right.. maybe it's a format problem. the avi is only the envelope. there are video and audio substreams that may not be compatible with the player. perhaps a format conversion to DivX or maybe Mpeg2?

It appears that the device is capable of multidisk formats though not entirely manucfactured for that purpose. Actually blu rar disks are not that different from DVDs. However, to achieve the experience of Blu ray, should acquire an entirely compartible disk player.

I had the same problem, and I ended up calling the LG service center 1-800-243-0000 and they told me I needed an update that for some reason was not coming up when trying to complete the updates on the player. It was not available so they are going to send it to me in the mail.

Chronicles of Narnia. Lion,witch,wardrobe blu-ray won't play

Updated firmware last night (for the Bd370) and the main movie disc for Chronicles of Narnia: Lion, witch, wardrobe worked (after previously stalling). However, the bonus disc still doesn't work when I play it (just a blank screen). I traded the Blue-ray DVD from where I bought it for another one, and it made no difference. However, both Narnia discs played okay in the store on a Sharp blue-ray DVD/Tv combo.
