I had my LG TV ( 50 PM4700 smart tv) connected to the internet via the ANWF100 Dongle earlier today, I had to move my tv so I also had to unplug it. Now, each time I try to connect, the LG says that the LAN is unplugged and I must contact my AP. I know that the wireless router that I am using is broadcasting a signal, I can pick it up on my smartphone adjacent to the tv. I called the LG help line and they basically walked me through the process I had done several times already. I also tried to reset the tv's out of the box settings before I made any changes. I have since attempted to use the online apps and the internet with no success. What do I need to do to correct this issue?
I had a similiar problem and found a solution! :) im passing on my joy to you. Try getting a USB extension or just wrapping foil around the Dongle. It seems that the dongle or the TV causes interference of some sort to cause the tv to drop the internet. ON my tv it would say connected to the net sometimes but as soon as id try netcast it would drop. As soon as i got the extension it went away. At least try the foil thing. Wrap it like a Dog cone for injured dogs.

I have totally restored all of the settings on my router in an effort to ensure that the wireless signal is being transmitted. I have also contacted the LG support team to help resolve the issue, so far, the tv/dongle is still not recognizing that there is a signal available.
