More likely your REPLACEMENT starter was
already fractured (they are pretty stout/strong)...
((TAKE it BACK)).

If the VEHICLE has been sitting (is seized) ... PROPER
treatment would be to put a shot of PENETRATING OIL
into each cylinder... and allow to sit...

Only move by hand...!!

ELSE:
Assuming this is an OTHERWISE untroubled
vehicle (regularly used):

FIRST thing I would look for... is the real reason
the engine is not moving...

LIKE... mark all your wires... (cylinder number)
and remove the spark plugs... MOVE the engine
by hand. If so... RESTORE THE STARTER...
(no reason to OVER-TIGHTEN (excessive torque)).

WHILE you are THERE...
COMPRESSION TEST...

Check the oil & water for cross contamination...
If everything comes up roses... Put it all back together

I believe the person asked where to get replacement parts for tablet PCs, not for commentary on the price of parts or their skill on electronics repair.

Best place I have found to get replacement parts for microelectronic devices is ebay and amazon, although with an off brand like AGPtek you may be forced to purchase the parts through the manufacturer (most likely for a SIGNIFICANT markup.) I know with my AGPtek TP15 tablet, replacing the glass digitizer consists of disconnecting a couple ribbon cables and attaching the replacement. Getting the parts is the hard part.

If the hinges are broken then you can replace them. Check out these WEB sites for details on replacing hinges.
Replacing a hinge, or both of them, isn't very tough.

i don't have drivers for my aspire one d257 for video controllers, pci ,& network controllers

Tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a new or used LCD or Plama tvs base stands.

hello, this laptop screen is hard to find and we both know why one would not try asking Gateway for price, ;-)
you should try www.lcds4less.com you should be able to get one for less than $200 (new one).
if you don't see the model listed call them anyways often times they have a replacement model that fits you might just have to replace the back cover of the LCD screen to match the color.
