Scroll button I have a blackberry 8820 and the scroll button is not working. Any ideas or am I out of luck? I have turned the phone off and taken the battery and card out and put them back. That didn't correct the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reinstall your blackberry OS, some models need to reinstall their os after unlocked. If your unlocked blackberry 8820 still have same problem, bring that phone to nearest mobile repair shop and asking them to reflash your unlocked blackberry.

From your description, sounds like a hardware problem.

My suggestion would be to return the unit for a replacement, since it is only a month old.

I've had phones that have been problematic and wouldn't work correctly and my provider replaced them.

yes it needs to be unlocked before using it for other networks, try codes from http://www.unlocking4u.com/

There are several great unlocking websites out there.
Check them out.
May not be free, but you will get a code that works.
Plus customer support if needed.

Check that your radio/wireless hasn't been turned off by mistake. From the main app page scroll to wireless icon.
