My vacmaster pro 90 is not vacuuming

Just took it out of the box and tried to vac and seal some food. it will seal on the "seal not" but will not **** out the air or seal on "Vacuum and seal" mode

Please test if the :a) hose is clogged b) bag/tank clogged or full you need replace or emptied
2) test the belt for broken or wonr, and replace.

My vacmaster Pro350 will not pull vacuum. I get E01 error. Using the Acc port, seal with my finger I get the 01 error code. Opened the unit everything appears normal. Nothing disconnected or broken.

Vacmaster VP 320 is flashing F1 not working
I found this information related to a different model of the Vacmaster:
If you see F1 displayed on the LED screen and the machine will not function, make sure the lid is open and turn the power off. Turn the machine back on and it should return to working order.

My Vacmaster Pro 130 does not vacuum. What is wrong?
Karen, I am the social media coordinator for ARY VacMaster. Most times when this problem arises with a new machine, it's because there are packing spacers on the under side of the lid that weren't removed. Pull those off and try again. If that doesn't work, Give our technical support department a call at (800) 821-7849. You can always "like" us on Facebook (www.Facebook.com/aryvacmaster) and ask questions to us directly there too.
