Thanks for using FixYa. Error C 31:22 is caused due to bad Gear assembly, to resolve this issue with the battery &cassette removed try whacking the camera sideways, if after doing this still the issue is not resolved then you’ll have to get the Gear assembly replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
