Hp3650 won't print from web page (error #20)-prints non web sourc

This type of behavior normally appears when printing out a "non-safe" font. Font usage is varied and there are fonts that are created just for viewing on web pages, as well as fonts that are best for printing. Often, these fonts will get used in the wrong place, or a developer will pick a font because they like it, not because it is safe for use in all the browsers.
I went to the link at sparkfun and printed it out with no problem, but I have the X576dw model of the OfficeJet Pro X series. I want to print to the X451dw like you have to see if I get the same issue.
When you copy/paste into Word, you essentially change the fonts. Word probably doesn't have the same font that is used in the web page.
Looking at the source for that site, they are using a font called "Roboto Slab" and sourced it from googleapis.com which is probably causing the issue. abcFileHippo Download Free Latest Update Software and Printer Drivers

Unplug the printer/copier from the main source of electricity, make sure it is a full ink cartridge, wait 10-20 seconds, plug it back in. Sometimes it takes unplugging it from the computer and doing the same.

Go into your control panel, go to your printer, right click it, then choose "Cancel all print jobs". You may also have to uncheck the "Pause Printing" function.
If all else fails, get the cd. remove the printer and reinstall the software after shutting the printer down and start from scratch just like it was new. If neither of those solve it, go to http://www.hp.com and download your owners manual. There you will find a troubleshooting section that will help walk you through what to do. Hope that helps.

you will have to copy the web pages and paste it on the microsoft word folder and then give the printout it will print.that is the system.

Remove the HP Smartweb printing software.

If the changes you make in the Page Setup dialog of Internet Explorer are not reflected in the Page Setup dialog of the Print Clips window and vice versa ?

This is a known problem, and not unique to HP Smart Web Printing. When printing from the Internet Explorer File menu, select File > Page Setup and make your settings there. When printing from the Print Clips window, click the Page Setup button and make your settings there.

Can't help with your problem but wanted to remind you that 'Shift-Prt Scrn' still works and the current page (or error box in your case) is copied to the clipboard and can be dropped into WordPad or Word without problem. Saving the exact error message can assist others with a clue to the source of the error.  

This sounds like an issue with your web browser. Which web browser are you using? Do you get any error message when you print? Also, when you print, make sure it is printing to the printer you think you have set up. The web browser will allow you to print to a different printer, then remember those settings.
