I have to open and close the top door of washing machine to get it to continue, it starts back and then stops again. i have to do this several times before i can finish my laundry!
I think that the catch on your machine either needs cleaning behind or its failing to click into place and its lose as it would keep running and it wouldnt stop through the cycle, see if you can open up where the catch goes into and see if its connecting properly if not see if you can tighten it up, hope this helps, x

SOURCE: LOC code flashing on washing machine
Pressing the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds worked. For me it happened this way: on the first attempt, with the indicator lights already "timed-out" and off, pressing and holding the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds caused the lights to come back on and flash the "LOC" code again. But holding the options and select buttons together for 5-10 seconds a second time caused the indicator lights to stop flashing, and allowed me to start the cycle.

• Standby mode if there is a user interface mismatch.
Following is the PDF of the manual.
