Heat comes on fan does'nt

let me guess.....its electric, right? could be so many things! do this first. turn power off. check all wiring for burnt or broke wires., usually at connections. next turn system on. does blower stop running and then breaker trips? if so its blower motor or blower relay. if blower and wires are ok then problem is probably a broken heating element.

either the heat strips, fusible links on elements or sequencers.

R u saying that the blower motor works for the AC but not for the heat. If thats the case then u have a t-stat or control board problem. u can jump the red white and green wire from the tstat. if that works then then tstat needs to be replaced if not the control board is the problem.

your furnace was rated at 100% efficiency.

Hi; Call Your local mobile home supply house and they can tell You how to or fax You the Info. Also the equipment will have the wiring diagrams glued to the inside covers of the outdoor unit as well the indoor unit cover. Power down the indoor unit before removing the indoor electrical cover for the schematics. Do You not have a user or install manual. Call your local mobile home supply house they can often help.. Hi, This is a very popular unit. Call you're local wholesale a/c parts house with all of the info on this 2 1/2 ton unit, and they can help. Have you tried going online to search for this? Would also try this. Good Luck,

Your best bet is to contact Intertherm and see if you can get the Installation/ owners guide.

it is the heat sequencers. it happens all the time. replace them wire by wire to keep it simple. they are located behind the metal next to the breakers they look like this:
