I have a Samsung GT-C5510 and recently, whenever I have gotten any incoming calls, I can answer the call but cannot hear the voice of the person who rang me, however the person on the other line can hear my voice. How can I fix this?
Maysie, This is a Speaker problem (hardware problem), show some official repairer to change or fix it, but temporary you can use headphone or Bluetooth to communicate by your device. Best of Luck.

Mine also did this. It only does this when you do not have signal. If you do have signal and it still does this you just need to call ATT and confirm it with them. They ended up sending me a new one that has better software on it for free.
