Flash your cellphone with a different firmware. Take it to the nearest service center and tell them to update the firmware.

One thing that comes to my mind, if your Defy is running Froyo, go to 'Menu > Settings > Accessibility', and make sure to uncheck the 'Voice readouts' checkbox.

Go in the profile and select any profile then select personalize and select INCOMING Call Alert on Off ( Do not select any Tune). this way ur mobile will recieve the call, the screen will show the incoming call but there will be no voice. Ensure that the vibration should also be off as you want it so.

In your main menu go to SETTINGS --> PHONE SETTINGS --> VOICE COMMANDS --> CALL ALERT and select RING ONLY

sir i guess there is a software named CALL RECORDER installed on ur cell which records your all calls including incoming and outgoing!!such beeps come in this type of software only!!!

Did you accidentally dropped the Nokia E65? Well, on this error, you shoudl bring your unit to a service center to further check the hardware error such as the microphone. However, be sure that whenever you make calls you have the network signal high so that you can have quality voice calls.

Selecting Options (right softkey) during a call displays a list of
features you may use during the course of a call. To select an
option, press the corresponding keypad number or highlight
the option and press . The following options are available
through the Options menu:
 (1) Key Mute/Unmute allows you to mute the microphone
on your phone so the caller is unable to hear any sound.
 (2) Turn Speaker On enables the speakerphone feature.
 (3) Set Whisper increases the microphone to its maximum
level. During a call turn on Set Whisper when speaking
softly or when the caller cannot hear your voice clearly.
This mode is useful in meetings or public places.
 (4) Call History checks your call log for Outgoing, Incoming,
Missed, and Recent calls. You can also erase the logs from
this menu.
 (5) Contacts accesses the Contacts menu.
 (6) 3-Way Call allows you to talk to two different people at
the same time. (For more information, see “Making a
Three-Way Call” on page 189.)
 (7) Messaging accesses the Messaging menu options.
