Enter diagnostics by pressing and holding the 0 button, then press the Start button. Then Press the login/out button, select System Settings, then CE Settings and then press enter button. Go to P-ESS and then select NVM Initialize.

There's no way to reset the meter read, unless u replace the hole mainboard.

It has a list of fault codes and also tells you how to reset NVM counts. Look in the bottom right of the page for the instructions. Hope this helps.

How did you resolve the color problem? I am having the same issue on a Xerox Workcentre 24. After initializing the NVM, the auto-feeder does not work and the colors are off. How did you resolve the colors being offset?

In menus you browse to the service tab, then serivice diagnostics. Go to NVRAM reset and perform the NVM reset.
Before you do that, print out a configuration page if you want to rememebr the network settings. It will set the IP address back to default also.
