NISSAN RADIO FROM 2000 IS LOCKED SHOW SECURE HOW TO UNLOCKED TO PUT CODE

Either the code you are using is not correct or your method of entering it is incorrect as your radio is not recognising the code..

To reset it from SECURE, leave it SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself . Could be many hours ....but normally only an hour or two.

If you want to check that you have the right code then POST ANOTHER QUESTION quoting  the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.

Sorry.....This code will only be available from your Main Dealer.....or by a Radio Decoding Service who will "read" the code inside your radio using a laptop

Remove the radio from the dashboard

Post the radio Make+ Model plus ALL the letters+numbers on any labels , barcodes or engraved in the metal casing

There should be a RADIO code in the owners handbook ,,,,,, if not it's the local deealership for you and they will enter the manufacturers code for a small fee. (cheaper than a replacement radio ! )

It is showing SECURE because wrong codes have been entered previously

To restore leave SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.

Make sure you have the correct code.
