How do I program my Magnavox universal remote to my Philips Magnavox fw530c mini Hi-Fi stereo

To program your Magnavox universal remote to your Philips Magnavox FW530C mini Hi-Fi stereo, follow these steps:
  1. Turn on your Philips Magnavox FW530C mini Hi-Fi stereo manually.
  2. Press and hold the "Code Search" button on your Magnavox remote until the indicator light turns on.
  3. Press the "Device" button on the remote, which should be the button corresponding to your stereo.
  4. Enter the 3-digit code for your stereo. You can find a list of codes for Philips Magnavox products in the user manual for your universal remote or online. If you do not have the manual or cannot find the code online, try entering codes 006, 007, 010, 011, 013, 016, 027, 033, 035, 043, 066, 087, 089, 114, 117, 118, 119, 120, or 123.
  5. Press the "Power" button on the remote to see if the stereo turns off. If it does, you have successfully programmed the remote. If it does not, repeat steps 2-4 with a different code until you find one that works.
  6. Once you have programmed the remote to control your stereo, test out the other buttons to make sure they work as well (such as volume control, track skip, etc.).
Note: If you cannot find a code that works for your stereo, you can also try the "Code Search" function on the remote. This may take some time, but it will automatically search for the correct code until it finds one that works.

I want to connect my ipod to the radio

According to Apple, over 90 percent of new cars retailed in the United States are equipped with iPod connectivity.
The iPod has become such a popular device, that many car stereos are now furnished with a 30-pin dock connector cable in order to link to the portable media player.
But this built-in compatibility is not essential for connecting your iPod to your car stereo. In fact, there are numerous options for integrating your iPod with your car.
Recently manufactured vehicles can support an iPod connection through an auxiliary input.
And FM transmitters can be used to stream your iPod's audio files through an FM frequency. iPods can even be connected to much older car stereos with the use of a tape adapter.

Connect an iPod to a Car Stereo Through the Auxiliary Input
Insert an extension cable with 3.5 mm stereo connectors on each end into the headphone output of your iPod. Insert the other end of the 3.5 mm stereo connector cable into your car stereo system's auxiliary input. Press the "Aux" button on your car stereo. Turn on your iPod and select media to play. The stereo will now stream audio from your iPod. b> Connect an iPod to a Car Stereo With an FM Transmitter Insert the FM transmitter into the 30-pin dock connector of your iPod. Turn on your iPod to activate the FM transmitter. Select the FM frequency you want your device to stream audio to on your car stereo. Turn on the car stereo and tune it to the same FM frequency as the FM transmitter attached to your iPod. The stereo will now stream audio from your iPod. b> Connect an iPod to a Car Stereo With a Cassette Adapter Plug the jack connector of the cassette adapter into the headphone output of your iPod. Insert the cassette into the car stereo. Turn on your iPod and select media to play. The stereo will now stream audio from your iPod.
