I have the same problem and was told by the telephone helpdesk that the machine cannot copy double-sided to double-side. The duplexing referred to is copying 2 single-sided documents onto one single sheet on both sides....Like whoever does that! This is misleading on Xerox's part . Colin B.

Your Machine has an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder)
not a DADF (Duplexing Automatic Document Feeder)
And The one I am looking at will copy single sided documents to 2 sided copies.
Which is the opposite of what you stated , if I understand your statement correctly.
And to answer your question as to who copies the way you described almost nobody but the way the machine is designed and works, almost everybody.
It allows you to convert many single sided originals to duplexed copies cutting the paper cost in half.

I hope this helps.

Where is the fuser door on a xerox fax machine 3300 mfp

The fuser door is at the back of the machine. Open the door, pull down and close firmly shut. If the error persists it could be that the sensor has gone bad. The sensor is actually hard wired to the High Voltage Power Supply that sits right above the paper tray underneath the machine. It would need to be replaced if closing door doesn't fix the error, the part number is 105N02120,a link to picture of the part is 105N02120 Xerox 3300MFP HVPS Item Inc

I am using auto feed on HP 4345 MFP printer, the issue is I have documents with one side printed but printer is scanning both side and printing. How can I change setting to single side from Duplex scanning...

Mr. Agarwal
you have to turn off the duplex scanning option under copy settings this will solve the issue
You can go to settings and look for Copy setup or copy settings i dont remember well but you get an option of DUPLEX COPY or DUPLEX SCAN you have to turn off this.

My Xerox 8860 scans a blank page before each document.

One possible solution.
Check to see if you are set to duplex copying as default, this would cause it to print a blank reverse page of any single sided document.

Can you please tell me how to print double sided? Thanks

Xerox Phaser 8400 does not support double sided prints. You have to have a Duplex Unit for Phaser 8400 part number 097S03177 to be able to print double sided. If you have the duplex unit, on the Print dialog box just click Preferences and under 2-Sided Printing select 2-Sided Print then Apply.

Xerox phaser 6120 not duplex printing since it's wireless network

You have to go to printer properties and look for "optional functions" or something to that effect, and check the option "duplexing unit" or similar.
By default the computer does not know, that your printer has duplex capabilities.

It is constantly jamming when we try to do a duplex print

Since duplex doesn't get used a lot, much dust collects in the duplex unit. Remove it and thoroughly clean it by blowing dust off. Look for scraps of paper that might have settled in there.
