Ron, Try new plug/s first, sounds like the carburetor has dirt in it, you will probably have to remove carb. and clean/rebuild. From manual, other causes from your trouble shooting guide ,
? Faulty carburetor. ? Faulty cylinder head gasket. ? Faulty or misadjusted choke or throttle controls. ? Fuel pump malfunction-vacuum hose clogged or leaking. ? Intake system leak. ? Loose wires or connections that intermittently ground ignition kill circuit. ? Quality of fuel (dirt, water, stale, mixture). ? Restricted fuel tank cap vent. Most any auto parts store will have a manual choke conversion kit for about $10us.You will have to be a little creative to hook it up. But...your engine shouldn't need to be choked once it runs awhile and is still warm. I would look for other causes like binding linkages, unhooked springs and loose carburator mounting.

Sounds like a lean fuel condition. The carburetor is clogged and not getting enough fuel. By choking it you are manually changing the air/fuel ratio. You need the carburetor cleaned. If you are not confident, bring it to a reputable shop for repair.

Are you running the gen and plugging in the RV at the same time? I assume it is wired right and you have a transfer switch? Are you saying the voltage is fine when the RV isn't plugged in?

sounds like a relay should be latching one it has started

HAVE YOU CHECKED THE CARB AT ALL? LOOK AT THE LINKAGE & MAKE SURE IT MOVES FREELY! IF CARB CHECKS OUT MAKE SURE GOVENER IS ADJUSTED RIGHT!!

hello first check your idle with the car running foot on brake see were your rpm reading is if your below 500rpm check your label underhood for your curb idle setting second see if theres a adjustment screw you can increase were your gas cable lever rest against your set screw underhood if you feel confident enough remove your iac motor idle air control valve if the bore were the end of the pintle extracts out to close has varnish builup our carbon it will stick creating vacuum leak type senario causing stalling rough idle sometimes even no start conditions good luck
