Your problem indicates that your printer is not getting the power supply .
- Check the power cord for any physical damage. If the power cord is damaged, replace the power cord.
- If the power cord is not damaged, plug the power cord into a different
electrical outlet without using a surge protector. The product power
light should turn on.
- If the product power light does not turn on, the power cord should be replaced.
