You will need to reset the Clock/Radio's microprocessor. To do this you must unplug the Clock/Radio and remove the internal battery (CR2430). Let the Clock/Radio set without any power source for at least 2 hours. Then put the internal battery back in the Clock/Radio and plug it in to the a/c outlet. Test to see if the Clock/Radio functions have returned to normal. If the function have not returned to normal, you will need to replace the internal battery. Then let the Clock/Radio again set with out power for a period of at least 2 hours. after a 2 hour period, put the new battery in the Clock/Radio and Plug it into the a/c outlet. Test the functions to see if the microprocessor has reset to normal operation.
