The NTC 2 is probably shot. These are ceramic coated thermistors and extremely fragile. I would recommend calling an authorized Oce technician to get this replaced.

You can't adjust the temperature. It is an automated process. Is the toner on the page gritty? If so, there is a problem with either the developer or developer unit. Maybe even the HVPS. If it is not gritty, the fuser may need to be replaced. Call an authorized Oce representative for parts and service.
