I dont know how to use yahoo messanger? - Computers & Internet

all you need to do is goto messenger.yahoo.com then you will be prompted to download the yahoo messenger. download it, then install it... you should be all set...

You need to uninstall yahoo messanger with revo,Then reinstall.
Download revo from below link.
Click here
Then install and run revo then select yahoo messanger and uninstall.
Also remove all registry keys when it ask for remove.
Then download yahoo messanger from below link.
Click here
Then install yahoo messanger in computer.
After uninstalling yahoo messanger go to c://programs files/yahoo/messanger then delete all folders of yahoo messanger.
IF after reinstallin still same issue then wait for 48 hours because yahoo sometimes block id for 48 hours.Then you can use it again.
Also make sure that no virus issue in computer and internet is working fine.Turn off your wndows firewall and antivirus firewall for checking.

Make sure you have all the correct drivers for the camer.

Then go into the "options" setting of either yahoo or MSN, which ever you are using. There should be a "video" settings, and use all the tools in there to set up the camera.

In both MSN and yahoo, to see their camera, they have to allow it. The problem might be on there end also, double check with them if others can see their camera.

other people can see you on your cam with yahoo messanger or skype IM.
For that just install yahoo IM in your computer then create yahoo signup and login in yahoo messanger then invite people which have yahoo id to see your cam then they can see you.

create yahoo mail account on yahoo.com, the same can be used for yahoo messanger.

Dont use yahoo messenger for ACER ASPIRE ONE not compatible, I suggest use SKYPE messenger text chat, video and voice call as well work great.

Yahoo messenger work only video and text chat only but voice call not work.

Skype messenger works video and voice call works perfectly.

you need Internet Explore 6 or better (Internet Explore 7 would be a better choice).
or Firefox. or any browser that is capable of handling Web 2.0

hi , i also had the same problem, but i was able to fix it. dont know if its only for a while.
what i did was i uninstalled then installed Yahoo messenger . . then right click on the yahoo icon and select administrator . then the YM will pop out but still you cannot log in .

i then started to update my norton antivirus and then after it had installed the updates, restart your computer. after that dont know how it happened but it was fixed. i can log in

sounds like perhaps you need to check on the operating system compatibility..
