yes but your cricket samsung sch-r560c is not supposed to have a sim card for it because metro pcs does not have a sim card and if your samsung does not have a sim card yes u can unlock it to metro pcs
U CAN UNLOCK THE DEVICE BY REQUESTING FOR UNLOCK KEY FROM CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH HAS COME BUNDELED WITH.
ONCE U RECIEVE NETWORK UNLOCK CODE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE IN UR HANDHELD
SELECT OPTIONS IN APPLICATIONS --> SIM CARD --> PRESS MEPD --> PRESS MEP2 --> ENTER THE UNLOCK CODE AND PRESS OK TO UNLOCK THE BLACKBERRY DEVICE.
Go to samsung website. The R450 have no driver. but download the drivers for any of their phones. www.samsung.com

try that driver,if it does not work, then keep downloading drivers until one works, but this driver worked for me and my other friends.
Windows Vista have the drivers needed. But Windows xXP does not.
Also if the phone is not working with your memory card. move everything on your card to your computer and make a file for it. Then reformat your memory card from your phone. Then transfer back your files. Now my music and pictures are showing up.
