Running very slow when embroidering
Good morning
Embroidering is difficult enough by hand. Computerized embroidery is even more complicated, a lot of things going on simultaneously. I am inclined to think that there is more going on than the machine can handle at the same time.
Check if you can have fewer programs open at the same time.
Maybe try with one type of thread and see if it speeds up, then add slowly one by one.

I had the same problem and it was my power supply. I've had more than my share of problems with this machine and it's only 3.5 years old. Good luck.

try contacting pfaff about the driver,, also ask why the computer that has windows
7 on it & the program are having problem work with each other
