My Rowenta Pro Steamer heats up fine and only works for a few minutes; then it suddenly shuts off... I will notice it is not working as well and I look down and the light has gone out.

My Rowenta steamer is brand new never used before. I added the water it worked for 5 minutes then stopped and now it won't steam at all

Hello, Nadya -

Check the warranty information which came with your Rowenta steamer (probably in the owner's manual / instructions. Find out what you need to do to return the steamer for a working replacement.

Best wishes.

The power to heating section suddenly went off. Is there an internal circuit beaker or fuse?

check your power cord if it has a break from the plug side.if not take it to a repair shop for repairs. the steamer has a element inside that gives off the heat if that goes bad then there is no where it can be replaced or repair.but if its the wires then repairs can be made.best way to know that is to take it to the repair shop.good luck.
