SOURCE: Drain Hole for Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner

Leave it alone. DO NOT attempt to create a drain. As long as a window A/C unit is installed properly, (angled slightly down toward the rear) it will drain excess water over the rear lower lip of the unit should it get that high. Many models use some of the collected water/condensation. It gets lifted up by the fan blades to cool the coil.

SOURCE: My frigidaire air conditioner is

The tray that holds the condensed water from the evaporator
may be clogged, it may be clogged before the cleanout hole,
where the tray joins the pvc, if this is the case you may have to
power down your ac unit, there is a panel on your heater unit
that you will have to access to expose the evaporator coils and
you will see the tray where the condensation builds up and flows
thru a pvc pipe to go outside. also make sure that the pipe going
outside is at a slope so that the condensation can flow and not
clog the pipe. make sure that water can flow from the tray thru
the cleanout hole. once you correct the problem. you need to reseal all the seams with duct tape or metalic tape, you can purchase at most hardware stores, to make sure their are no ac
cool air leaks other than thru your ac vents. good luck!

Where is the drain pan drain hole on the bottom of the Fridgidaire FAC 127S1A air conditioner?

Good Morning Friend,

I understand you want to know where the drain hole is on your Frigidaire air conditioner, model# FAC127S1A. I see that the drain seems to be blocked, as water is collecting in the drain pan, instead of draining. The drain hole is located beneath the compressor. You might want to try tilting your air conditioner slightly to the outside, to allow better water drainage. Hope this is helpful.

Where is the drain hole for this model

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you are looking for the drain hole on your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FFHT1725PS, due to water building up on the shelves inside your refrigerator. There technically is no drain in your refrigerator. There is a drip pan, which collects water from the condenser underneath your appliance. There are some possibilities that are causing the water to build up on the shelves. First, make sure that all containers are covered. Condensation can evaporate from opened containers and create water on the walls and shelves. Secondly, make sure that the drawers that have your fruits and vegetables are completely closed and set to the correct setting. Fruits and vegetables are full of water. Thirdly, check to make sure that your doors are closing and sealing correctly. Moisture can come through an open door or a door that is not sealed correctly. Lastly, if it is hot and humid, make sure that you are not going in your refrigerator many times and holding the door open as well. Hope this is helpful.

Water dripping from Funny looking . unit in ceiling of refer

Hello,

That water is from the melting frost of the automatic defrost cycle. Their is drain in the freezer behind the back wall under the evaperator coil that is blocked, so instead of defrost water draining it's pooling in the freezer or in some case espically on models with the freezer on the top,the water is leaking from the freezer vents into the fresh food compartment.
The way to clear the drain is remove back plate and remove all ice build up and GENTLY make a small hole in drain, then totally flush w/warm water.
The exact location of drain is under the coil behind back freezer plate in the center

Good luck

I hope this helps you to stop that leak,

Water leaking inward

There should be a drip tray that catches all the condensation and funnels it out the back. Check for holes, cracks or a plugged drain hole.

Water leaking from front of refrig.

there is a drain hole located in the aluminum drain pan that needs to be flushed out with hot water. I use a turkey baster or a large syringe to do this it forces hot water thru and clears anything that's in the line..

Frigidaire leaking

the drain in the freezer compartment is frozen up you can remove all items from lower freezer and remove access panel on back of freezer compartment pick the ice out of the drain hole with a small screwdriver DO NOT USE SCREWDRIVER AROUND THE ALUMINUM COILS! once all ice is gone that you can see use hairdryer to blow into hole on medium heat. once it looks like it is gone take a small 1/4 plastic tubing and push down the hole to try to clear obstructions then run hot water down hole. if it still doesnt drain take rear access panel off of compressor area (back of refrig) look for drain hose and remove clamp take off and clean u might try this first. but you will have to remove ice from drain.

Ice in the bottom of frigidaire side by side frost proof freezer

take all the bottom shelves and baskets out of the freezer. look at the back wall of the freezer. youll see a block of ice in a metal pan looking part at the bottom of the rear panel. there is a hole in the bottom of that pan. thats the defrost drain. its clogged. use a hair dryer to get all the ice out then use hot water to flush out the drain hole.

Water leaking frigidaire frs23h5as

yes remove the rear panel in the freezer where you see the drain hole. Clear the ice from the drain hole. It will take a while for the water to start to drain because the ice is deep in the insulation. A small tube is helpful to draw some hot water in and stick in in the drain hole and squirt the hot water down in the hole.
