I think it depends on how far you are from your router. i was told by at&t that you need to be with in 20 to 25 feet to get a good signal. if that do not solve your problem. then i think you should go into your control panel, then to network and internet, then to manage wireless networks. delete all the networks you see. when you are done close out everything then look at the bottom right of the screen, you will see the internet bars for internet access. click on that. you should see your internet info. just reconnect.
other than that, i dont know what to tell you.

You haven't provided us with much information, but I'd suggest a couple of things:
Check to see if your wireless adapter in the computer is turned on or off. Some computers have a little switch on the front or side that turns the wireless on. If on, somewhere on the computer there should be a small light lit up indicating that the wireless is on.
If there is no switch, then the wireless adapter may be turned on or off by a keyboard combo of the Fn key plus one of the special function keys. That particular key will have a little icon that resembles an antenna on it.
If you are unable to solve the problem by using the switch, try to do a system restore back to when it was working.
