NVidia 8400GS PCI card is a pretty good card that isn't oversized, and the best thing is that all computers have a PCI slot so you shouldn't have problems with fitting/compatability. They're in any electronic store like best buy, etc. I had that card and played WoW/warhammer very well on it.
When you install a new video card you must disable the onboard video card by going into the bios setup. Below I have listed the requirements of Second life game. e 531 does come with PCI-E slots so make sure you buy a VIDEO card with PCI-E Walmart sells some pretty decent priced Graphics cards. pretty much any pci-e card you buy new in walmart these days will be fine for this game.

What is the Name and model number of your motherboard
The nforce 430 is an older chipset model and may not use the full capacity of the Phenom processor ...some boards won't even boot and there are Bios updates available for others ...etc
The onboard graphics (geforce 6150 se) is negated by the 8800 GTX ...good card......the problem isn't your video card
Your also running PC5300 ,,667mhz ram ....if board is capable of PC6400 ...800mhz ....there could be another speedup
The bottlenck seems to be with the board and possibly Ram
(Again MB model and name)
Also make sure you have all the latest drivers for Vcards ...chipsets BIOS etc......
