Broderbund The Print Shop 20 Deluxe for PC Logo

I can't register my copy of of Print Shop Deluxe 20

I bought this software when it first came out about ten or twelve years ago. I LIKE it...but I only have the three disks from the package, as opposed to the package itself. I wrote to Broderbund for customer support, but they sent an automated response saying that the software is too old for any support (even just regular email!) for the product. This software was my favorite to use for making cards and banners and it USED to work just fine on my laptop, but since I was forced to reformat my hard drive, my attempts to reinstall from the CDs all come up with a demand for some code that I no longer have. I want my PrintShop 20 back! Help!

TPS Window Appears on Print Shop® Splash Screen Description Solution When attempting to open Print Shop® 20, a TPS window opens on the Print Shop® splash screen. The only option available in the small TPS window is to click OK. This issue occurs when Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 has been uninstalled. Reinstalling Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 will resolve this issue. View the remainder of this technical note for the instructions. Complete these steps:

  1. Close all windows and programs and return to the desktop.

NOTE: If the TPS window is still open on the desktop, click OK. The Print Shop® splash screen will close.

Yes, otherwise you have to manually insert the Art disc every time you want to use the Art & Photos.

Can you try to install the PS on a different laptop or a pc? This is just to check if the package is not corrupt due to bad sectors on the CD or some kind of HW incompatibility. the installation will tell you more.

I have the full version of print shop deluxe22 and it won't let me install it on my hp laptop HP G71-442nr Notebook, Running windows 7

Print Shop 22 Deluxe is not compatible with Win 7 (x86 or x64bit) Operating.

You have to use the Print Shop 22 Deluxe version 23.1 - compatible with Win 7 & Vista.

Hope it helps.

I am currently using both Print Shop 5.0 Premier and Print Shop 10. I am switching to a new computer with Windows 7 and will need to install Print Shop 23 Deluxe. Will I be able to retrieve all the files...

I will advice you to locate the print-shop folders that are on your computer. or simple open one of the files you created with this software and right click file location. it will open where all the other files are stored on your computer. backup everything stored on your computer to a flash drive.
Let me know if this solution helps.

I purchased printshop 20 deluxe and installed on my computer which has windows 7 installed on it. The installation shows it was successful however when I try to run the printshop program it tries to start...

The Print Shop version 20 Deluxe for PC is not compatible with Windows 7. The newer Version 23 is compatible. This is due to software compatibility issues with Windows 7.

You can check for Win 7 Compatibility for "software or hardware" @ Windows 7 Compatibility Center

It will not run on Win 7, even when you are using the Compatibility Mode options. Too bad you have to get the newer version 23.

Hope it helps.

Print Shop 2.0 Deluxe will not load.

Have you tried installing them in Compatibility Mode? If not, look in
Vista's Help
& Support for how to try this. If that doesn't work, you can
try installing them as Administrator by right-clicking on the installer
executable and choosing "run as Administrator".
If none of that works, I'm sorry but you'll need to update to a current
version of the program that the mftr. says will work in Vista.
