Rear Projection TV Cuts out Need to wait and then turn back on?

I have a Panasonic TX 43P250H Rear Projection TV. After watching for a while it cuts out. I have to wait a few minutes than turn it off and back on to resume watching. It will go for another 30 - 40 minutes and then cuts out again - (Seems to know the good Parts of Movies or sports shows!!). If I turn it on without waiting it just blue screens. Sometimes sound will come back but no visual when I try to turn on to early. Generally I have to wait 3 4 minutes. Is the part easily replaceable or do I need a Technician?
