You will need to check the wireless settings of the router . Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable? If not then connect 1 computer to the router and open the router set up page. Once you open the router set up page, you will be able to find the wireless network key. Use that password to connect to the wireless network

It's impossible that the wireless router cannot detect your wireless adapter wg111t. You try to test another one if still have a problem connecting with your wireless router. If that router can see another wireless network available then maybe your Netgear wireless adapter have a problem incomplete installation or the wireless device is defective. Make sure your router has no mac filtering. If there is mac filtering disable it and try again. If issue persist reset the router and set accordingly. If you need further help please post. Good Luck
Since you have two routers, both of them are trying to assing DHCP address to the network, so all you need to do is just disable DHCP on the netgear router, there fore the westell will assing the address.
