Hello Sylvia Fairbank - I found the manual on the Frigidaire website. Here is the manufacturer link and hope you find all the information that you need. If for any reason you have difficulties pulling up the requested information, I recommend taking off the last letter of the model number so you can pull up the data.

You have a failed communication within the main control board. Please consult a professional or your manufacturer before going further.

Unplug the range.
Remove the back panel.
Look for the long rod going from the back to the front of the oven.
Manually push on this rod to unlock the door.

replace oven ignitor .

This is normal and designed to do so.

LOC on is a lock out feature to prevent kids from playing with the stove. press 9 and 0 for 3 seconds and the loc will go off.
