Look at the attached AMAZON item (WD40... below)...
(old time remedy for wet weather issues... DIRTY & CRACKED
distributor caps... Spray on WD40 and wipe dry with VERY clean cloth or tissues only)).
It sounds like you might have a couple of troubles...
When having electrical issues... always start with your BATTERY CABLES & TERMINALS first... (clean & tight) and CERTAINLY
use these red/green FELT battery washers under each CLEANED terminal... 1 16 of 18 results for felt battery washers
"Hesitating STARTER" could be corroded battery terminals..
but could ALSO be a STARTER/SOLENOID trouble.
Do check that ALL bolts & fittings are tight and clean
(while you have the BATTERY DISCONNECTED....
(caution: very dangerous if you cross BAT & GROUND)).
Sounds like the door is not latching correctly. Check the door for any sagging problems and then check the door latch itself for any damages, cracks, or issues with the door itself connecting to it.
Is it tripping the breaker on your home's electrical panel? If this is the case, you need to know what that breaker is also feeding, how much amperage it can handle, and what the load demand is. Your washer needs 1700W which is around 15 Amps. If you're on a 15 Amp breaker that is already supplying power to something else, such as incandescent light bulbs, then you're going to trip the breaker each and every time. You'll want to plug it into a 20 Amp circuit that's being used by little to no other electrical devices. A quick alternative is to unplug or power off all other devices before using the washer... or plug it into the same outlet that you use your blow dryer.
F20 error code indicates no water detected entering the washer. Be sure the drain hose is not down too far into the drain stand pipe & both hot & cold water is turned on & working.
