Hi. Your mobile phone is 'locked' to another Network, which means you might have to pay a mobile phone dealer to get it 'unlocked', so you can use it on any other Network, including T-Mobile. Please don't be tempted to manually unlock it yourself from the internet, because although some mobile phones support this feature, most of the newer ones don't. Tried to do this myself only 2 days ago, and failed, and i still had to take it to a mobile phone dealer, and pay him to unlock it. Also, you only get 4 attempts to put in the right code, ( as i found out, ) and if you try it a 5th time and get it wrong, the phone stops all further attempts, and then it MUST be unlocked by a dealer. The Networks regularly update their phones software. This makes it more difficult to use a different Network.
