The Intel D845EBG2 motherboard supports AGP graphics cards.
(Accelerated Graphics Port)

It supports AGP graphics card's that are AGP 4X, and 1.5 Volt.
(Supports AGP 2X also, but who cares)

1) Good;

80 Stream Processors.

(Also; Read the reviews)

What are stream processors? Nothing new. Just a new term for the same old graphics technology;

"A stream processor is an ALU which is usually involved in handling SIMD instructions. ALU stands for Arithmetic Logic Unit, which in English means "number cruncher". It's the part of the chip that does the actual computation involved in processing data. Nearly every chip around today no matter if its in your video card or your coffee maker has at least one ALU. "SIMD instruction" means that it crunches a group or "stream" of numbers all at once rather than one at a time. For the RV740, the number you hear is 640 "stream processors" because each of the eight shader cores has sixteen execution units and each of those has five ALUs: 8 x 16 x 5 = 640."

(I like MIME's explanation)

2) Better;

320 Stream Processors

Intel d845ebg2 cannot setup windows pls help

You probably added the wrong Ram memory. Some if those 512 memory, are not suitable for windows XP and UP.Try removing the 512 Ram module and see what happens.
Good luck.

I need intel DESKTOP motherboard model D845EBG2

Here is the link, the bios update is at the top of the page.

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/filter_results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=823&OSFullName=All+Operating+Systems&lang=eng&strOSs=All&submit=Go%21

Good luck, and make sure you have a good power source and do not interrupt the flashing of the bios. If it stops in the middle of flashing, it will brick your motherboard and make it probably not fixable.
