I've had this microwave for 5 years and never had any problem.
Yesterday everything stopped working, except the counter and turn table.
I cleanned out the vents (they were full of lint), and then it worked perfectly fine to heat up one plate of food.
For the second plate, it stopped working once again, although the counter and turn table still do.
Is there something I can do myself?
Thanks.

Sorry to say, but you may have gotten your $'s worth, plus more! At this point any diagonsis and repairs would certainly not be worth spending $300-400 for another Sharp oven. Most likely, the magnatron has stopped working, which would explain why everything else is still operating.
I had the same. Dismantle the oven and see at the back side the connection wires for the heat element. Mostly one of the connectors is faulty.
I fixed it that way.
if everything works except the heating, it is most likely the mag tube is on its way out.........that is the most common reason for it not too cook.......since the microwave is a GE and it is 3.5 years old, i would say you are better off buying a new microwave, the mag tube starts at around $70.00 and up + the labor it costs too have a service person put it in........around another $60.00
If the turntable does rotate, I'd suspect a more significant failure, such as the transformer, capacitor, or magnetron. If it's any of these, it's time to replace the unit.
I tried unplugging it for some time
