Treadmill would shut down when operating. I decided to change the walking belt. The instructions said to set the rear belt adjustment like they were set with old belt so I did. WhenI laid it flat one of the rear belt adjustment supports broke. After replacing support the first time I tried to operate treadmill the display looked normal, but the motor would not turn on. I tried using the incline which started fine but would not shut off. I unplugged power lead to incline motor. When I power up treadmill now the display just shows incline at top of display rest of display is blank. If I reconnect incline motor it starts inclining treadmill but cannot be stopped. None of the controls work
1) i recommend that you lube very well deck belt + rollers bearing
2) see the videos.
3) see the block
4) Try to RUN the software calibration, for troubleshooting.
5) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.
6) Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage board, if there are NOT, the board is faulty.

Do a Calibration on the treadmill. Take out the safety key. With 2 fingers, hold down the stop button and the speed up or spped plus button. keep holding them down as you insert the safety key, then let go of both.
Press the stop button 1 time, you should see all 0's in the windows, or EP 2P or something weird like that.
Press the Incline up button and then wait. If the incline go up until it stalls then down until it stalls the stops at the bottom, the you are recalibrated, take out the safery key and put it back in to see if all is well. If the incline takes off up again without touching a button, the you have wiring problems or control problems. Call service company to get it repaired.

your belt may not be tight enough and it is slipping which can cause it to move faster than the motor

Have you tried to calibrate the speed. If not you might want to try it and see if it will help you with your issue.

Not sure what's happened here. treadmill won't turn on when red key is inserted. checked electrical plug to make sure it worked. I couldn't see that there's anything wrong with the red key. Have any ideas?

This condition is when the treadmill goes to full speed as soon as you power up the treadmill. Typically when this occurs, it is an indication of a short circuit in the motor controller.
