LG washer has UE error code, EVERY time it tries to enter spin cycle, so washer will never spin. It begins to try to start spinning but then powers the motor down. I know for a fact that the clothes in it are not off balance. Washer will run fine with nothing in it, but as soon as you put some weight on the drum it will not work. I got the machine used, and it has never finished a cycle without doing the UE error code. I've replaced the shock absorbers and the hall sensor with no change. I'm starting to wonder if the inner tub may be warped, but I dont see any defect in the inner tub in the front. does anyone have any ideas?
Balance sensor defective.

Testimonial: "I finally got the balance sensor yesterday and installed it, and it fixed the problem! I would of installed the sensor alot sooner, but at repair clinic they have that part number listed as being a 'Humidity Sensor'. I couldn't understand why there would be a Humidity sensor in that particular spot, from experience it did seem to be a balance sensor, but like I said repairclinic.com said it was a humidity sensor so I was hesitant to replace it at first. So I changed the Hall sensor and the shock absorbers first with no effect. i'm glad I got it fixed, because after messing with it for so long and all the stress it gave me, I was about to use it as target practice haha. thanks"
Some time it is stator or its sensor problem.

This is an Imbalance code. Your issue may be with:
Try adjusting the load size, and make sure the unit is level.

these units have had alot of problems especially if it is on a pedistal ...they won't admit this is a problem but i have been a lg servicer for over 4 years now and see it everyday ...the unit has a stator on the rear of the tub and on the stator is a device called a hall sensor that goes bad very often... it is what controls the spped and balance of the tub..if the load starts getting unbalanced the hall sensor will tell the motor controller to slow the speed down... most likely this is your problem.... good luck please vote
