Go on the Verizon website and request a new remote, the Verizon P265 Remote model. It will have all the newest firmware and it should have the code. I know this because I had a TCL 32" TV and the code wasn't on my old Philips RC 1445302 model. TV and new remote are "talking" just fine now. Verizon won't even want the old one back.

I CALLED VERIZON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS REMOTE DOES NOT SUPPORT DVD PLAYERS
Go to verizon.com and search for fios tv and go to equipment then look up the remote and there you will get the codes

Same problem with code for Sony BDP s350 on Fios Remote. Went through all codes and did not find one that works. Anybody find one please post here.
I spoke with Verizon FiOS support and was told to contact Sony. I spoke with Sony and was told that the only two codes for the Sony Blue Ray were 0000 and 0001. Neither worked. I still need the code.
