Sometimes the parts suppliers have diagrams of all the pulleys and cables. There are others, but not yours.

Hi, I do not have this unit however google search gives up : http://www.scribd.com/doc/93058121/PRO-POWER-Lay-Flat-Home-Gym-Inst-DI-v-08 assembly and use manual, hopefully the correct one. If so pay careful attention from pp23 onwards to the threading of the cable(s), and that they had not slipped off and be jammed beside the pulleys. Details of adjustment are given. Good luck. Les.

you can try to plug the wires with the same color male vs female(connectors) . The wires will be according too with numbers or colors. Otherwise you must call to bowflex, and ask some service tech.

It is a fiber circular component with a center V- groove and uses a 6202 sealed bearings that the cable travels when utilizing the machine. The Upgrade is a complete replacement of all pulleys in the unit with aluminum pulleys

With weider pulleys you will find that either the little retainer L shaped piece has moved on one or more of the pulleys or the pulleys are scraping against each other.<br />The plastic coating on the cables will start to show wear or you will be able to feel it in a while.<br />Also check to make sure the cables are around all the pulleys, and have not shifted to the shafts.<br />

about every month, i spray the pulleys with WD-40 and then spary it into a cloth that I use to wipe the cable covering...my gym is 4 yrs old, sits out on my covered back porch and the cables and pulleys are like new
