I have the same problem. I tried the soft reset and the hard reset but still nothing. The problem started randomly when my phone would freeze while I was using it. I used the soft reset set for this issue. When windows mobile started up again it would just freeze at the green windows mobile screen. Nothing happens. Could this be a hardware problem?

well i got thru to alltel support and if you hold the two soft keys on the front and hit the soft reset on the bottom by the sd card it will do a system restore and it fixed my phone but of course it wasnt backed up so i lost all my contacts, photos, and ringtones but its nice to have my phone working smoothly again.

I have just brought this phone and my phone wont let me past the green windows mobile screen. help please

you need a hard reset.

power off the phone.
remove the battery
put back battery.
hold upside on joystick (round middle button)
while holding power on phone. keep hold up side on joystick
it will ask you to press 1 or y to format.

after this your phone will boot normally and os will get installed.

My Iphone wont turn on

my best guess is to plug it into itunes and hold down both the home and sleep buttons. this will put the phone into recovery mode and sadly has a very high chance of erasing everything on the phone. It, however, seems to be the only way to turn it on.

Sidekick 3 has black box in middle of screen but wont shut on!!

gets stuck on the key-jump.gif symbol? Do a soft reset @ + 1 + 0 and hold down the W or you can pull the battery out and place it back in while holding the W and see what happens when you startup while holding W. __________________
