You should have it in an email from them. contact Support and tell them the email address you were using. I find it amusing that they can't spell 'maintenance' (maitenace) on there own website. I corrected it in the link below. That does not bode well. As an aside the program CCleaner does all that for free. CCleaner, developed by Piriform, is a utility used to clean potentially unwanted files and invalid Windows Registry entries from a computer.

If you email mfg w/all pertinent info, name, email address when you purchased it, etc., they will mail you your reg'n code.

You will not get keys here ... go to your Yamaha dealership with your serial number for best results. Second choice would be to contact a locksmith in your area. Be ready to prove it is your Motorcycle.

well -- if you have lost the key, you can take the serial number of the safe into any loccksmith shop and they will be able to call the safe company and get the key code and cut you a new key.
also -- look on the front of the lock cylinder itself and see if there are any numbers imprinted on the lock and with those numbers the locksmith might also be able to look up the key code and cut the key. the cost of this will be around 15 dollars.

Your ford dealer can cut you a new key with the serial #. You might have to get the key programmed if it has a chip in it. Cost key $30.00, programming 1 hour labour. Hope this helps.

Although you haven't given the exact issue that is occurring when you attempt to update, the company's support site should be the easiest, quickest way to a definitive answer. Unfortunately, I can not get it for you as I do not have this product to register. Also, you should be aware that they indicate support is only provided for versions 10 and 11. However, there are a number of complaints that popped up in regard to this software (reference, for example, http://www.screwedcentral.com/ubb/Forum35/HTML/000051.html).

For this reason, and due to the fact that even an attempt to review the Knowledge Base, FAQ's, or even the glossary on their web site indicated that there was nothing available, I would be uncertain as to whether there is any support or help available.

If you are unable to use the product or obtain help through their site, you may want to uninstall the software (assuming that it is not relatively new) and go with a different product.
