I have xperia ray for several months and it was good.Then since the software changed from gingerbread to ICS (ice cream sandwich),1st version4.01a then 4.01b after that the ram couldnt be read. it was 32 GB. I used to download a variety of applications and transfer them to memory card.then ichanged the RAM with 16 GB it took few days when it also couldnt be read. finally i used 528MB and also it doesnot last more than few days when it also get failed..and these external rams couldnt work after that on other mobiles??please whats the matter? where is the cause of this problem ? and whats the solution???

Sir, you can definitely have and should have the genuine updated software for your phone, it increases the phone's life and stability as well. I've provided a download link below. You can have the update utility and the guides as well there.
All you need to do an update is the USB Data Cable (DCU-60) and an active internet connection, if you have them please proceed, and without them its not possible.
