proove with a different card. if its possible with a little cotton stick and alcohol clean the internal countct of the crd(without batterie in the camera.) if the camera makes this problem with another card..the problem is in the intenal card reader of the camera,,, this is not a beautyfoul problem.. sorry for my english

The region has to be changed to US or UK. It is done with a special Sony adjustment software.
