Hope it's the LCD Display problem if not the pata that connect the board and the LCD (display or screen)
Please try by replacing the (LCD)screen.
Note: If you can't fixed it by yourself then please refer to the nearest mobile service centre. (Cos' the LCD price is high)

u should replace LCD of your e72

i have nokia e72. whenever call is received in standby mode, a message is displayed that packet data is active call on hold and when unhold the call it gets disconnectedd

There is no solution but to replace the display which must be sourced from iRiver dealer.
You must try to get the estimate from the nearest dealer in Kenya.
