looking at a watch online it is astandard four button lcd watch .
most work by pressing the mode button three times , this will make the number flash, then use the top right and bottom right to adjust and move to the next number field.
at the end of setting just press mode again.

I hope the following instructions help you to set the time on your watch.

1. Press the "Mode" button on the lower left-hand side of the watch twice to change the time.
   
   

2. Press the "Start/Stop" button on the upper right to select the hour, minute and second in setting the time. Also use this button to select the date.
   
   

3. Press the "Spl/Reset" button on the lower right side of the watch face to change the number for each selection.
   
   

4. Press "Mode" again to set the time.

hi its a bit of a grey area as some cheap watches boast 50m water resistant but as its a tissot you should be fine but id rather you went to tissots website to make sure, just as long as you dont go diving it should be fine, good luck
