My Javelin CS 300 has a problem with the thermal printer. It is missing letters and numbers from both edges of the print. It is getting worse with only a few digits down the middle now printing properly. Can I plug in a new thermal printer? If so ,where can I get one?
You should try a different printer, you can find one on ebay i'm sure

did you try to preview your work and see if its coming out on the page like you want before you print try that and see if it looks right before you do your work, I don't know if that will help you out but I hope so.

Using the print or printer setup (I can remember what is actually written) from within word. ensure that the print margins are not to small and cutting off your words, or if the print is appearing close to the edge of the paper when you print, you maybe outside the range of the prints ability to print that close to the edge of the page in whice case you would increase your margins in the print setup (ie from .125 to .375 or .50)
